Full time · Management Job Description Long Description Job Summary The Sales Channel Manager – Coops Channel is responsible for developing, managing, and growing GTRC’s business within the Cooperative Societies (Coops) channel in Kuwait. The role focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening relationships with Coop management, ensuring effective execution of trade plans, and achieving volume, value, and profitability targets in line with company strategy. Job Responsibilities * Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Coops channel in line with GTRC’s commercial objectives. * Identify growth opportunities within existing and new Coop accounts to expand distribution, visibility, and market share. * Prepare annual channel plans, sales forecasts, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company targets. * Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, value, distribution, and profitability) for the Coops channel. * Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions where required. * Ensure effective implementation of promotions, pricing strategies, and trade activities across all Coop outlets. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Coop management, buyers, and key decision-makers. * Lead negotiations on listings, promotions, discounts, and commercial agreements within approved guidelines. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any operational or commercial issues promptly. * Lead, coach, and develop the Coops sales team (Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives, Merchandisers). * Set clear objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. * Ensure the team complies with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards. * Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and shelf presence in Coop stores.
