About The Role We are seeking a Russian Translator to support our operations by facilitating accurate, timely, and professional translation between Turkish, English, and Russian. This role will work closely with our management, production, and international sales teams to ensure clear and effective communication with Russian-speaking stakeholders. Responsibilities • Provide written and verbal translation between Turkish/English and Russian for all business needs. • Translate technical documents, commercial correspondence, presentations, and operational materials with high accuracy. • Support all meetings, on-site visits, and factory tours by providing simultaneous or consecutive interpretation when required. • Ensure consistency of terminology and tone across all translated materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication with international partners, vendors, and customers. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Qualifications • Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in industrial or technical environments. • Excellent command of Russian, Turkish, and English (written and verbal). • Strong attention to detail and ability to convey meaning accurately across languages. • Ability to manage multiple translation tasks and work under time constraints. • Proficiency in MS Office and digital translation tools is an advantage. • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in coordinating with multinational teams. • Willingness to travel when required. •Able to live in Adana Equal Opportunity Statement •The only criterion evaluated in recruitment and employment is suitability for the job; equal opportunity is provided without any discrimination.
