Job Description: • Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence in India, and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives, quotas, forecasts, and performance KPIs, while overseeing key account growth. • Oversee all commercial activities including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, market and competitor analysis, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing) to align commercial goals, prepare budgets and sales forecasts, and build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
