Role Overview We are looking for a Reservation & Operations Specialist (Support Role) who will directly assist the Operations Director and Account Manager in the day-to day execution of confirmed travel programs. This role is suitable for junior to mid-level professionals who are comfortable in an execution-focused, support-oriented position. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Operations Director and Account Manager with daily sales & operational tasks Assisting with Axus itineraries, written correspondence, and pricing support Managing confirmations and ensuring bookings are accurately documented Supporting ongoing trips and basic operational follow-ups Providing light remote support during weekends & holidays, such as monitoring client WhatsApp groups, online check-ins and handling simple, time-sensitive tasks Qualifications Advanced written and spoken English (mandatory) Strong written communication and professional correspondence skills High attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without reminders This is a support-focused role. Candidates must be comfortable assisting senior team members, executing assigned tasks, and working under clear direction. One-on-one interviews will be conducted in English.
