DESIGNATION: – HVAC TECHNICIAN JOB SUMMARY/ RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain minimum or next to zero downtime of AC equipment’s and ensure smooth running of the same Follow Preventive maintenance plan, assigned by the supervisor. Perform periodic maintenance checks, for HVAC equipment’s like chiller window AC, Split AC, Package AC, Chilled water pumps, PLC system, Instrumentation, Valves & Auxiliaries as per the maintenance check list. Observe defects and report on defects to supervisor Maintain equipment in healthy condition, during routine checks and report any spare requirement to supervisor
