Responsibilities Perform final inspection of fuselages for Boeing B737 Aircraft. Evaluate damage or discrepancies in skins, holes, fasteners, and sealant. Write non-conformance reports. Use and interpret drawings, inspection manuals, and specifications. Utilize shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments. Operate testing machines, calculate and record results. Maintain necessary certifications. Plan own sequence of operations. Follow inspection procedures to accept or reject processes/parts/assemblies. Verify tool qualifications. Prepare and maintain quality records. Work across equivalent or lower-level inspector job codes as required. Coordinate work assignments with other company organizations or customer representatives.
