Here’s what you will be doing:
Provide consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and timely support to our clients, striving to deliver the correct solution the first time
Act as an escalation point to resolve more complex technical or customer-related issues
Ask insightful questions to get to the root cause of customers’ problems
Generate solutions and provide high-quality answers using your product knowledge, our knowledge bases, and your creativity
Educate and inspire users to get the most out of our platform
Handle repetitive, easy, or simple inquiries as a stress reliever
Build relationships with clients through open, honest, and professional communication
Education & Work Experience & Technical Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in English with strong written communication skills
Minimum 2 years of proven customer service experience (bonus points for customer support experience in the tech industry)
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication skills
Willingness to make a long-term commitment
A passion for helping others and solving problems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
