About the job Your tasks: Develop new products and concepts in accordance with the company strategy and marketing plan; Adapt existing formulas (optimization of price and quality of products: reduction of cost, improvement of quality); Develop products according to individual customer requests, adapt existing products according to customer requests; Conduct presentations and training on the product within the company (for the sales department, marketing department, technology department), as well as for distributors and regional representatives; Participate in industry seminars, conferences, exhibitions; Provide production support (recipes, process charts, production modes). Requirements: Experience in a similar position in the food industry for at least two years; Higher education (food direction); Knowledge of the technological functionality of ingredients in the bakery industry; Knowledge of the technological process; Excellent analytical and planning skills, willingness and ability to make decisions; Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues and clients; High level of English language skills for communication at all levels of the organization.
