Raw Materials and Steel Trader (all genders welcome) – Build our Istanbul Office Job Description Your responsibilities Set up our operations in Istanbul from the ground up including office setup, local processes and personnel structure Drive trading activities in raw materials and steel across Turkey, Central Asia and beyond Develop strong supplier and customer networks, identify new business opportunities, and manage commercial negotiations Manage trading risks such as credit exposure, market volatility, and supply disruptions Collaborate internationally with our global trading teams and management to align strategy and growth initiatives Always adhere to country-specific and company-internal compliance requirements as well as legal regulations Your profile Several years of experience in commodity trading of raw materials, finished and semi-finished steel products or related commodities Excellent market knowledge, an existing network of industry contacts and knowledge of country-specific market regulations Strong intercultural skills and proven negotiation expertise Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and establish new structures Excellent written and spoken English skills - additional language skills are an advantage Willingness to relocate to Istanbul and thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment You don‘t meet all the criteria but still want to be part of the #GENERATIONTK?
