Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to get estimates, build relationships, and suggest cost-saving solutions. Coordinate project schedules, manage variation orders, and ensure timely delivery while keeping costs within budget. Assist sales managers with client price negotiations and prepare budgets for operations and supplier discussions.
