Full time · Entry level FMCG Job Description Job Responsibilities: Conduct Physical, chemical testing in raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards. Inspect food production lines and storage conditions to ensure product safety. Monitor and record all process parameters like CCPs, oPRPs, QCP and other spec parameters. Conduct product sensory evaluations. Monitor temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors during production and storage. Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for compliance with specifications. Maintain records of all tests and inspections conducted. Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date to comply with regulatory bodies. Assist in developing quality assurance documentation and procedures. Ensure that all food products comply with health, safety, and legal regulations. Assist in internal and external audits. Maintain knowledge of relevant food safety standards and regulations (e.g., SFDA, ISO, HACCP, BRCGS, customer audit standards). Identify trends in quality issues and work with production and R&D teams to address and resolve them. Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and consistency. Ensure all testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Troubleshoot equipment issues and report any malfunctions.
