About the job About Us Mad Parfumeur is one of the leading players in the Turkish perfume and cosmetics industry. We are expanding our quality systems and are seeking a talented Quality Manager based in Ankara, who will lead and enhance our quality systems and ensure world-class product standards across all operations. Key Responsibilities Establish, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS) in line with ISO and GMP standards Lead quality control and assurance activities for perfumes and upcoming cosmetic products Manage packaging and raw material and finished product inspections, laboratory testing, and release processes Drive continuous improvement (CI), root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions (CAPA) Coordinate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and consistency. Prepare and maintain documentation, audits, and certification processes Supervise and develop the quality team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the cosmetics, fragrance, or FMCG industries Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, and related cosmetic regulations Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Good command of English (written and spoken) Why Join Us?
