Full time · Mid career · 1 - 5 Years of Experience Heavy Industry & Metallurgy Job Description ➢ Quality Assurance & Compliance • Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, method statements, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plan) for both civil and electrical works. • Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable codes. ➢ Inspection & Testing • Conduct inspections for civil works (excavation, foundations, concrete, structural works, finishing) and electrical works (cable laying, terminations, grounding, lighting, panels, equipment installation). • Prepare and execute ITPs and ensure timely coordination with the client/consultant for witness and hold points. • Verify material compliance through Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and ensure traceability of certificates. ➢ Documentation & Reporting • Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation including NCRs, CARs, method statements, checklists, test reports, and as-built records. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for internal and client review. • Track and close NCRs through corrective and preventive actions. ➢ Coordination & Communication • Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and HSE teams to ensure integrated quality control across disciplines. • Liaise with client representatives, third-party inspectors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues. ➢ HSE & Compliance • Ensure all QA/QC activities align with project HSE requirements. • Promote a culture of quality and safety across the project team. Skills Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001&14001, ACI, ASTM, BS, IEC, NEC, API).
