Developing and implementing operational plans to achieve production and financial targets. Coordinating between multiple production lines (steel, wood, aluminum, glass). Supervising quality control, occupational safety, and equipment maintenance. Managing multidisciplinary teams (engineers, supervisors, technicians, and workers). Monitoring costs, improving operational efficiency, and reducing waste. Preparing periodic performance and production reports for senior management. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in managing multi-activity industrial complexes or manufacturing facilities.
