Leading research teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
Conducting technical and economic feasibility studies for proposed materials and products.
Coordinating with other departments (production, marketing, quality) to ensure process integration.
Monitoring project performance and submitting periodic reports to senior management.
Managing the allocated R&D budget and setting spending priorities.
Keeping up with scientific and technological advancements in the industrial field and applying them within the company.
Skills

Ability to adapt to rapid changes in market and technology.
Experience in the snack food industry.
Proficiency in English (spoken, comprehension, reading, and writing).
