ABOUT THE ROLE Jotform is seeking a Product Manager in our Ankara office, located at a relaxed fun environment in Hacettepe Teknokent. We are looking for a leader who has an interest in solving challenging problems with performant and scalable solutions with a user-centric focus for a web service that serves more than 35 Million users. Here’s what you will be doing: Work with a cross-functional software development team Continuously analyze user feedback & product usage metrics to identify missing features and important pain points Understand how and why users use a feature and define improvement points Research competitors about a feature Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs, competitive threats, trends and opportunities together with the Product Management Communicate with internal, external parties and international partners in the scope of ongoing projects Communicate with partners to identify integration and development details Identify and understand new and existing regulations, analyze risks and define any change requirements Explain solution details to the team and clarify ambiguities Oversee tasks to make sure that they are proceeding according to plan Report project status/progress to managementEducation & Work Experience & Technical Requirements: B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
