We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to support our Retail team in the Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus region. We are seeking a proactive and analytical Product Intern to support our Product & Retail team by managing product flow, monitoring store stock levels, coordinating transfers, and contributing to performance analyses and seasonal product planning. Key Responsibilities Manage the product flow between the local warehouse and stores, ensuring accurate and balanced product distribution based on store needs and performance. Regularly analyze store stock levels and ensure that necessary actions (replenishment, transfer, etc. ) are taken on time and efficiently. Organize inter-store product transfers to increase stock efficiency and maximize product optimization. Conduct store and category-based performance analyses (Revenue, UPT, CR, Sell-Through, etc. ) and share results with the Product Manager, providing reports when necessary. Support the Product Manager in product selection processes and be actively involved in all stages from seasonal planning to in-store launch. Organize training sessions about products and collections to enhance store teams’ product knowledge, sales awareness, and performance. Assist the Product Manager in defining product strategies for markdown and new season periods. Analyze trends, sales performance, and store needs to develop product-based action plans and contribute to continuous process improvement. Bachelor’s degree student or new graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Fashion Management or related fields) Excellent written and spoken English Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Good time management and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Retail
