Full time Other Business Support Services Job Description Job Purpose: The IT Procurement Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for technology, systems, and project-based requirements. The role ensures cost optimization, supplier performance, compliance with company policies, and alignment with Sales, Finance, and technical teams to support timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Operations Manage the full procurement cycle (PR → RFQ → Costing → PO → Delivery → Invoice coordination). Review and approve PRs related to IT, systems, and project requirements. Ensure timely issuance of POs in coordination with Finance and Sales. Handle urgent and escalated procurement cases for critical projects. Vendor & Supplier Management Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key technology brands, including partner registration, level of partnership, and alignment with vendor program requirements to unlock commercial benefits, discounts, and sales eligibility. Manage relationships with vendors, distributors, and system integrators. Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, lead time, and commercial conditions. Coordinate deal registrations and vendor approvals when required.
