Full time Recruitment & Employee Placement Agency Job Description Job Objective: Direct supervision of all activities related to organizing procurement processes in line with operational plans, monitoring all operations and services related to evaluating and selecting contracts with approved suppliers, obtaining offers, and executing deal requirements. Main Responsibilities: Operational Planning: Participate in preparing operational plans and executive programs for managing procurement activities, ensuring identification and prioritization of purchasing needs. Daily Operations Supervision: Supervise daily procurement operations, including evaluating and selecting approved suppliers, soliciting bids, executing purchase orders, and monitoring the receipt of purchases to ensure specifications and quantities are met in a timely manner with the best quality and lowest cost. Supplier Coordination: Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal and external business partners, build a comprehensive supplier database, and evaluate their prices, performance, and service quality, providing reports and recommendations to senior management. Reporting and Analysis: Manage reporting and technical analysis of procurement activities, monitor costs and prices, and submit reports to senior management with proposals and recommendations based on analyses
