What You’ll Do: Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s quality management systems, Monitor and ensure compliance with established quality procedures and standards, Assist in developing and improving company processes in line with quality objectives, Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process and quality performance, Participate in internal audits and support follow-up on corrective and preventive actions, Contribute to documentation and system updates related to ISO 9001 or similar standards, Help coordinate and deliver training on quality and process-related topics across the organization, Gather and analyze feedback from internal and external customers to support continuous improvement. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control and/or process management, Familiar with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and process improvement methodologies, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Solid communication skills and a team-oriented approach, Fluent in English (written and verbal), Proficient in MS Office and quality/process management tools. Experience in project management with a strong analytical mindset.
