Process Engineer reports to Senior Process Engineer (or Process Unit Lead). Specific Functions: Execution of the project/Proposal Unit/Area Process Activities in terms of cost, quality and schedule. P&ID and Line List Development. Understanding, acknowledge and follow up of the procedures and project specifications. Understanding and sharing the scope of the project. Attendance at project meetings with project management. Detection of actions that could result in deviations from the objectives and communication to process leader and/or Senior Specialist Engineer. Follow up of the working method in the project Knowledge and follow up of the planning of the project. Identification of NVATs and NdCs and communication to Senior Specialist Engineer and/or Process Lead. Minimize changes in the project execution, mainly those affecting other departments. In case of changes are finally needed, those shall be informed to other disciplines using the proper communication channels established in the project (NdC application, email, etc). Skills 5+ years of experience in process engineering, FEED and EPC projects. Ability to coordinate with other disciplines. Proficient in Aspen HYSYS, ProMax, or similar simulation tools. Strong understanding of international codes and standards. Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
