SafeBox Agency Is Hiring for Plasterer for Building Restoration and Renovation. We are in search of a skilled Plasterer to join our team for building restoration and renovation projects in Chelyabinsk. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster, and creating smooth and even finishes on walls and ceilings. You should have previous experience in plastering and be able to work independently with attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or patching as needed - Mix plaster according to ratios and apply it evenly on surfaces - Smooth out plaster using trowels or other tools - Create decorative finishes using techniques such as stucco or textured patterns - Repair damaged areas of existing plaster - Clean up work area after completing job - Communicate effectively with team members and clients Requirements: - Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role - Knowledge of different types of plaster and their application methods - Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively - Attention to detail and ability to produce smooth finishes - Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good communication skills in English (Russian is a plus) Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience) Location: Chelyabinsk - candidates from India or Nepal preferred but not required Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) with possibility for full-time based on performance Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation.
