Key Qualifications The ideal candidate must: • Be fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills. • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability. • Have strong administrative experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or contracting sector. • Possess outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with excellent document formatting and data-handling capabilities. • Show exceptional attention to detail, especially in document control, scheduling, and follow-up. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, project-related meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics. • Draft, format, edit, and translate official letters , contracts, and documents in both Arabic and English. • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on assigned actions. • Coordinate between executives, project managers, site teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
