About the job PlusMinusOne is a mobile startup studio that focuses on developing and marketing its own apps that are used and loved by millions of people around the world. We have been building mobile products focused on Business, Photo & Video, and Education categories in the App Store mainly for the US market since 2016. And in each of these categories, our goal is the same: provide actual value to people with the best mobile user experience. We’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for an exceptional Performance Marketing Specialist who will help us shape the future of mobile. Who are we looking for: 2+ years of paid user acquisition experience, preferably with consumer mobile apps Experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Adwords, Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat, Apples Search Ads or programmatic advertising. Good understanding of KPIs such as LTV, CAC, CPA, eCPI, eCPM, ROI, ROAS, CTR Familiarity with tracking tools for mobile advertising campaigns Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail orientation with proven ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights, Self-motivated, hands-on, and a proactive team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
