Job Description
Lead the performance marketing team and empowers individuals to be responsible for their work,
Analyze, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on all channels such as Google, Facebook and other ad networks by data-driven decisions,
Use data insights to make recommendations for optimizing digital marketing efforts and improving overall performance,
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness,
Collaborate with internal and external teams to craft high-performing advertisements,
Provide insightful analysis of campaigns and their results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in engineering and related fields,
8+ years experience at marketing department in a digital marketing position,
2+ years experience in team managemant,
Proven experience and skills especially in SEM,
7-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Criteo, Facebook Business Manager, App Marketing, Push & Mailing etc.),
Preferably having knowledge of Trivago and Google Hotels Ads,
A strong understanding of analytics, automatization and optimization tools,
Working knowledge of cookies, tracking and analytical technical mechanics,
Aware of paid and unpaid channel Dynamics, knowledge with SEO topics,
Technical experience in market, competitor and consumer analysis,
Proven Experience in managing resources, significant budgets and their optimization,
Qualified experience in management by objectives, KPIs,
Cross functional coordination with all mkt, sales and commercial teams to support business growth,
Knowledge of Firebase, Ajdust, Google Analytics 4, GTM etc.,
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,
Ability to report, analyze and understand data,
Team-work oriented, self-motivated and open-minded,
Outstanding analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and strength in data analysis.
