The Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels.
You'll be the person in the ad accounts every day, not reviewing dashboards from a distance. This role is equal parts strategist and executor. You'll plan the roadmap, build the campaigns, analyse the data, and optimise for profitable growth.
Your primary focus will be Meta Ads, with responsibility for expanding into TikTok, Google, and YouTube as we grow. You'll work directly with our founders and collaborate with our creative team to develop winning ad concepts and high-converting funnels.
This isn't about vanity metrics. We care about contribution margin, not just ROAS. You'll need to think commercially and understand how paid media fits into the bigger picture of customer acquisition and lifetime value.
What You'll Own
Full management of Meta Ads, from campaign builds to daily optimisation and scaling
Testing new platforms including TikTok, Google, and YouTube
Creative strategy and briefing, working with designers and video editors to produce scroll-stopping ads
Landing page and funnel optimisation to improve conversion rates
Budget allocation and forecasting across channels
Weekly reporting on performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
Building scalable processes and systems as we grow the marketing function
What We're Looking For
2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands
Track record of profitably scaling ad spend (£30k+ monthly)
Strong grasp of unit economics: CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin
Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator who can explain performance and strategy to non-marketers
Nice to Have
Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or beauty
TikTok or Google Ads experience
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale
Understanding of retention and email marketing
