PADEL COACH / TENNIS COACH (TRANSITION TO PADEL)
Education Supported – Long-Term Contract – English Required
We are looking for Padel Coaches or Tennis Coaches willing to transition to Padel Coaching to work at our facilities focused on padel & racket sports in training camps and tournaments throughout Turkey, primarily in Antalya and Ankara, with a vision for international sports tourism.
This position is designed not as a short-term job, but as a mutual investment and long-term career partnership.
Desired Profile:
Required Qualifications
Good command of English (able to provide training and communicate with foreign athletes),
Background as a player or coach (padel or tennis),
Long-term work and development motivation in the Padel discipline,
Suitability for full-time employment,
Reason for preference:
International camping/sports tourism experience,
Experience working with foreign athlete groups,
Strong communication skills, high representation ability,
Social media and brand conscious,
Education & Development Support:
International Padel Coach Certification (Spain / European compliant),
Camps, workshops and development programs,
Training costs are covered by the employer.
Investment in education is secured by long-term contracts.
Contract Structure:
Minimum 3-year long-term contract
Education-backed investment model
Performance and development-based career plan
If the applicant leaves voluntarily before the contract expires, the tuition fee will be refunded in installments.
