About the job We are seeking an OrgDev Manager to lead the global development of the Organizational Development function at Kaspersky Lab. In this role, you will develop and implement a range of organizational development and change management initiatives, helping the company become more efficient, agile, and highly productive. Responsibilities: Analysis and design of organizational structures at Headquarters and regional offices; Assessment of current HC resources and construction of HC models; Analysis and optimization of business processes, including the development of roles, deadlines, and additional value for clients; Reviewing and amending company policies and procedures in areas of responsibility; Headcount management (planning and budgeting, factor analysis of variances); Project management in the field of improving organizational efficiency, identifying factors influencing the efficiency of the organization; Consulting support to managers on issues of organizational effectiveness; Preparation of market benchmarks, analytical reports and presentations on the results of organizational changes. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in organizational design; Higher education (economics, HR, finance); Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously; Willingness to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment; high level of independence and initiative; Good understanding of the principles and tools of organizational development; Strong analytical skills, ability to structure problems and find optimal solutions; Intellectual curiosity, results-oriented, stress-resistant; Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
