We're looking for a 1 year fixed-term replacement (maternity cover) for a team member who will be on parental leave. How you'll make an impact: Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecast and inventory levels, Serve as primary point of contact between production, order fulfillment, logistics and sales team regarding production planning and scheduling, Provide the optimum delivery dates for customer orders and quotations, Determine resource requirements including labor, materials and equipment to meet production goals and ensure that all resources are available and allocated efficiently, Asses production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks. Develop plans to address capacity constraints and ensure smooth production flow, Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand, production delays or material delays and inform relevant stakeholders, Develop collaborative environment for the optimum process execution within the factory to improve customer on time delivery, Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines. Your Background University Degree from Engineering Departments, preferably Industrial Engineer, At least 3 years of experience in production planning, Experienced in SAP MM and PP modules, Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling effective cooperation with different departments. Very good command of written and spoken Turkish & English.
