1. Hike & Sail Tours (Hiking + Blue Voyage)
· The company’s signature experience.
· Guests travel aboard traditional Turkish gulets with comfortable accommodations.
· Each day includes hiking, sea kayaking, and snorkeling, botanising, swimming, and cultural exploration along scenic coastal trails.
· Operated mainly in Bodrum, Fethiye, Kaş, Göcek, and Datça regions.
· Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
2. Cultural & Nature Journeys (Land-Based)
· Offer hiking, history, culture, and botanical exploration in destinations such as Cappadocia, the Lycian Way, Ephesus, Mardin, and the Black Sea (Çamlıhemşin).
· Boutique-style tours for small groups.
· Emphasize meaningful interaction with local life — market visits, traditional cuisine, and artisan workshops.
3. Private Group & Family Tours
· Tailor-made itineraries for multi-generational families, friends, or corporate groups.
· Options include private gulet charters, private guides, chefs, and drivers.
· Each journey is customized to travelers’ interests — whether focused on nature, culture, gastronomy, or botanising.

Role Description – Operations Specialist
This is a full-time, remote position for an Operations Specialist. The role involves running daily operations and making sure all trips are well planned, well organized, and meet client expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of tours and travel programs.
· Handle logistics, schedules, and supplier coordination.
· Plan and use company resources efficiently.
· Make sure all activities follow the company’s sustainability standards.
· Communicate with clients, partners, and team members.
· Support guides and staff to deliver high-quality service.
· Check and improve workflows for smoother operations.
Qualifications
· Teamwork skills.
· Good understanding of database use.
· Experience in logistics and daily operations.
· Interest in sustainable travel and tourism.
· Good English skills.
· Able to work independently and manage different tasks.
· Basic understanding of budgets and bookkeeping.
