General Qualifications Associate's degree or university graduate Graduates from Nursing and Health Services, Ambulance and Emergency Care Technician (Vocational School), Anesthesia Technician (Vocational School), First Aid and Emergency, and Nursing departments. At least 2 years of experience in these positions. Ability to adapt to working conditions in the workplace. The ability to maintain high standards in patient care. Strong communication and empathy skills Teamwork aptitude and ability to work collaboratively. Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability The ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in stressful situations. Knowledgeable about current nursing practices and health technologies. Close to Kağıthane district / No road access problems Roles and Responsibilities To draw blood and insert a vein. Planning and implementing patient care processes. Maintaining and updating patient records. Optimizing patient care by working in coordination with the healthcare team. To provide necessary information to patients and their relatives. To administer medications and treatments correctly and safely. To respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations. To conduct continuous improvement efforts to increase patient satisfaction. To make recommendations to improve the quality of nursing services. To work in accordance with health and safety standards. To use and maintain nursing equipment effectively.
