About the Job Posting
We are looking for a colleague to work at our partner hospital in Kağıthane, on the European side of Istanbul, who can maintain standards of excellence and professionalism in patient care. In this position, you will manage patient care processes, collaborate with the healthcare team, and provide all necessary nursing services to maximize patient satisfaction. We are looking for a team member who will contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services in a dynamic work environment.
General Qualifications
Associate's degree or university graduate
Graduates from Nursing and Health Services, Ambulance and Emergency Care Technician (Vocational School), Anesthesia Technician (Vocational School), First Aid and Emergency, and Nursing departments.
At least 2 years of experience in these positions.
Ability to adapt to working conditions in the workplace.
The ability to maintain high standards in patient care.
Strong communication and empathy skills
Teamwork aptitude and ability to work collaboratively.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
The ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in stressful situations.
Knowledgeable about current nursing practices and health technologies.
Close to Kağıthane district / No road access problems
Roles and Responsibilities
To draw blood and insert a vein.
Planning and implementing patient care processes.
Maintaining and updating patient records.
Optimizing patient care by working in coordination with the healthcare team.
To provide necessary information to patients and their relatives.
To administer medications and treatments correctly and safely.
To respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
To conduct continuous improvement efforts to increase patient satisfaction.
To make recommendations to improve the quality of nursing services.
To work in accordance with health and safety standards.
To use and maintain nursing equipment effectively.
Maintaining ethical and professional standards in patient care.
