Looking for a senior IT professional ready to lead, manage, and represent a reputable company at high-level technology events.
π Location: Dubai, UAE
π° Salary: Up to 13,000 AED
π Experience: 10+ years
π Education: Bachelorβs in Engineering (IT / Computer / Electronics)
β¨ About the Role
Join a leading organization as an experienced IT leader responsible for overseeing IT operations, ensuring system stability, providing top-tier desktop support, and managing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate is technically strong, presentable, and confident in representing the company at external IT events.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide daily desktop & technical support for hardware, software, and networks
β’ Manage & troubleshoot LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls
β’ Implement and maintain IT security policies & data protection systems
β’ Configure and resolve issues related to computers, servers, printers & software
β’ Administer Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
β’ Ensure compliance with IT standards & documentation
β’ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers & IT partners
β’ Represent the company at IT exhibitions, events & meetings
β’ Maintain detailed IT asset documentation and updates
π§ Skills & Requirements:
β 10+ years of IT support / system admin / IT supervision experience
β Strong technical background in networking, security & troubleshooting
β Experience with Office 365 environment
β Excellent communication & presentation skills
β Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
β Based in UAE (Dubai preferred)
β Valid UAE driving license is a must
