We are seeking a confident, reliable, and organized Female Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage daily administrative and office tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage daily office operations
✔️ Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
✔️ Prepare reports, documents & meeting notes
✔️ Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
✔️ Assist management with day-to-day tasks
✔️ Maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude
Requirements:
🔸 Female candidate currently in Bahrain
🔸 Excellent English communication skills
🔸 Strong organizational & time-management abilities
🔸 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
🔸 Presentable, pleasant personality
🔸 Able to work independently & under pressure
Employment Details:
📍 Location: Bahrain
🕒 Working Hours: 8–5, Saturday to Thursday
