The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco UC platforms, SIP trunking, QoS, and endpoint management, ensuring seamless communication services across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Cisco UC platforms including CCE, CUCM, and WebEx. Configure and manage SIP trunking, QoS policies, and MRA (Mobile and Remote Access). Manage voice endpoints, ensuring proper configuration and functionality. Apply Linux patching and perform system monitoring for voice infrastructure. Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and service delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related incidents to ensure high availability. Maintain accurate documentation and configuration records. Skills Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Voice Engineer or Voice Administrator. Hands-on expertise with Cisco UC platforms (CCE, CUCM, WebEx). Strong knowledge of SIP trunking, QoS configuration, MRA, and endpoint management. Familiarity with Linux system patching and monitoring tools. Excellent troubleshooting, vendor management, and communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced and mission-critical environments.
