Key Responsibilities 1. IT & Technical Support Ensure daily availability and stability of local networks, Wi-Fi, internet, IP phones, and data links across head office and branches. Monitor and maintain security cameras, digital screens, fingerprint systems, KNET devices, printers, and scanners. Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) and Retail POS systems. Manage Office 365, Outlook connectivity, and user awareness of spam and security alerts. Perform regular hardware, operating system, and software health checks and updates. Maintain NAS, file sharing, data access rights, archiving, and backups. Coordinate with vendors for printer and hardware maintenance. Provide IT support, training, and system setup for staff upon request. 2. ERP, POS & System Support Add and maintain items, pricing, promotions, and inventory movements in Dynamics 365. Handle posting errors, inventory adjustments, journals, and POS-related issues. Support staff with ERP and POS training and troubleshooting.
