Full time · 4+ Years of Experience Job Description Job Overview: A leading contracting company in the MEP sector is seeking an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join its team. The role focuses on cost estimation, tendering, and pricing for large-scale infrastructure and healthcare projects, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and commercial evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and specialized systems). Estimate infrastructure and utility works, including piping networks, cabling, ducting, manholes, and related services. Review drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Prepare cost estimates for Medical Gas Systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Conduct price analysis, cost breakdowns, and financial comparisons. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement teams to obtain competitive quotations. Support technical and commercial tender evaluations and risk assessments. Work professionally on Etimad Platform and TARAH (TARH) Platform, including tender submission and follow-up. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP cost estimation. Mandatory hands-on experience in Medical Gas Systems estimation. Proven experience working on Etimad Platform. Strong experience in infrastructure and utility projects. Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation-related software/tools.
