This role requires an in-depth understanding of Saudi Building Codes (SBC), exceptional technical drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate complex Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting). Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical tender documents, including method statements and technical compliance statements. 2.Deepen and refine tender drawings to identify technical gaps; collaborate with the Quantity Surveying team to ensure precise quantity take-offs.
