About the Job Posting The Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work on the operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency of all heating, cooling, ventilation, and mechanical systems in our campus, which includes a new service building, congress center, and exhibition area . Within the scope of the task: To manage the operation and maintenance processes of all mechanical systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, etc.) of the service building, convention center, and exhibition area. To monitor, report, and develop improvement suggestions for the facility's energy consumption, efficiency, and system performance . Creating periodic maintenance plans, monitoring the work of technical services, To ensure a quick and effective response to system failures, Taking an active role in the implementation, revision, or modernization processes of mechanical projects. To carry out operations in accordance with relevant legislation and occupational health and safety regulations. To provide technical support to facility management in coordination with administrative units. Required Qualifications: Graduates from the Mechanical Engineering departments of universities , Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in facility management, building technical operations, or mechanical systems management . Knowledgeable about HVAC systems, chiller units, boiler rooms, pumps, VRF systems, and automation processes. Experienced in directing technical teams and monitoring maintenance plans. Proficient in energy management, fault tracking, and reporting processes. Preferably knowledgeable in Autocad, MS Office, and Building Management Automation systems . Team player, analytical thinker, solution-oriented. Residing in Eskişehir, Male candidates must have completed their military service.
