Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Karachi. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the institute’s visibility, branding, and enrollment. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing campaigns, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities also include managing digital and traditional advertising initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, maintaining the institute’s online and offline presence, and leading the marketing team for successful execution of projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Branding Strong Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Analytics experience Expertise in Communication, Public Relations, and Stakeholder Engagement Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Editing Organizational, Leadership, and Team Management skills Experience in education sector marketing is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
