Define product scope and objectives, ensure compliance with standards and best practices, and address production issues through structured analysis and resolution workflows. Translate business needs into features, user stories, and test criteria to guide both business and technology teams. Create and maintain detailed business and technical documentation to support each stage of development. Drive effective issue tracking and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure all product and capability areas are guided by a clear and actionable roadmap focused on accelerating time to market, minimizing operational risks, and maximizing business impact. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop, test, and deploy defined capabilities and continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance data.Position requires a Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with project-managing large-scale product development projects through all phases of the systems development lifecycle. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: product design and development; business systems and requirements analysis, including root cause analysis and business process mapping; overseeing the design, development, and testing of application code; leading the analysis, implementation, and scaling of technical solutions; troubleshooting and resolving issues through structured testing processes to inform implementation improvements; delivering industry-leading solutions to market under tight timelines; monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving live business systems and applications; presenting complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders; leading cross functional collaboration to resolve technical and system-level issues; maintaining highly available, scalable systems with live traffic; and CLI, Evolved Packet Core, HPSM Tool, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and TeMIP.
