Position: Logistics Specialist Report to: PMC Manager of ASSA ABLOY Architectural Hardware Vietnam (AAAHV) Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 | Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Take responsibilities for customs clearance for imports and exports Control HS code clarification Control Custom duty refund operation Follow up customs audit Manage forwarder and 3rd party logistics Comply with laws, regulations and requirements Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Overall logistics work including shipping and delivers follow up Understand and make annual settlement report Requirements: Must have: BSc/ BA in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain or relevant field More than 3-4 years of relevant work experience customs and logistics Good communication skills in English (both Speaking & Writing) Proficient in using ERP system Knowledge of trade, HS code, Customs regulation Experience working at EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) Nice to have: Good communication with the relevant stakeholders Foreign invested enterprise experience Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Welfare and Benefit : Will be discussed within the interview.
