Full time Human Resources Outsourcing Job Description The Delia Arts Foundation is seeking a Local Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the implementation of all foundation activities across Lebanon. We are an international non-profit organization that focuses on the development of underserved communities worldwide, using music, arts and education to promote artistic development, cultural expression and social change. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day coordination of all Delia Arts Foundation projects and activities across Lebanon Plan, organize, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources Coordinate closely with internal teams, international coordinators, local partners, artists, educators, and community stakeholders Ensure the smooth execution of workshops, events, and programs across multiple locations Oversee logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations for all activities Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively propose solutions Prepare basic reports and updates on project implementation and outcomes Skills Strong organizational and communication skills Previous experience in project coordination, education, arts, or community-based work is an asset Prior experience working with an NGO is a strong plus Comfortable working with children, youth, and community partners Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Passion for arts, culture, and social impact
