Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, individualized care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or Charge Nurse Administer medications, treat wounds, and perform other medical procedures as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes or concerns to licensed nursing staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Perform other duties as assigned by the Registered Nurse and/or Charge Nurse Requirements: Current LPN/LVN license in the State of New Jersey 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)
