About the job Responsibilities: 1. To expand assigned regional market with SNIBE products to potential customer groups to meet the set target; 2. To explore new promising Russian market, and to enhance SNIBE product recognition in the local area; 3. To manage and support assigned distributors to ensure alignment with our strategy and target; 4. To work together with other functions to present SNIBE in professional fairs and exhibitions; 5. Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities at Russian market using sales tools and applications. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree or above, majoring in medical, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines is preferred; 2.At least 3 years of working experience in the IVD (In vitro Diagnostic) field ; 3. Be able to travel frequently to visit customers at Russian market is preferred; 4. Excellent communication skills in English and Russian; 5. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
