Format: Full-time, remote , flexible schedule Tasks: Search for companies by a given ICP Contact collection (email, Telegram, LinkedIn) Massive first touches by scripts Lead warming Qualification by simple criteria Transferring warm leads to a salesperson Daily reporting Who we are looking for (candidate profile): Level: Junior / Beginner Experience: 0-1 year in B2B sales, call tracking or cold selling is welcome Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting Skills in working with LinkedIn, email newsletters, CRM Basic communication and cold email/calling skills Personal qualities: Self-organization, discipline, attention to detail High motivation for results Willingness to work according to scripts and KPIs Language: Russian (English is available for correspondence with foreign clients) Conditions: Salary: $400/month (~40,000 ₽) Bonus from closed deals Full-time, remote work , flexible schedule Clear KPIs and daily reporting Probationary period: 1 month
