Read and understand all commercial loan documents including notes, agreements, and understand how the data is set up on the required loan system. Perform completeness check to ensure system matches executed documents; ensure knowledge of the Commercial lending products and services, including an understanding of a Credit Agreement, loan funding mechanics, deal structure, funds flow, etc. Process loan portfolio seamlessly and accurately and anticipates business needs.What you will doProcessing advances, payments, checks and updating payment methodsProcessing payoffs upon receipt of wire or check on loan systemPreparing payoff letters and calculating prepayment penalties in a timely mannerProcessing escrow and insurance disbursements as receivedTransferring funds from accounts and initiating wiresProcessing funding sheets within the SLA expiration timeResponding to billing and payment inquiriesEnsures that financial transactions are accurately reflected on the bank's books which financially impact the BankResponding to client queries and working with external counsel on preparation of assignmentsMonitors and clears exceptions in a timely fashionResponds to Service Request and emails relating to commercial queries in a courteous manner and within established SLA's. Queries includes billing, loan maintenance, advance requests and payment processingParticipates in special projects and performs additional duties as requiredWorks under supervision of the loan servicing manager to service the commercial loan portfolioEnsures that all suspense items are posted accurately and borrower received credit for their payment within the established SLA.Handles client escalations with supervision.Identifies and escalates opportunities for risk. Actively works to identify areas of process improvement.Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.QualificationsFor this position you will need at least 3 years of commercial servicing banking experience. Candidates with advanced degrees (Associate's, Bachelor's, and/or Masters) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.-Strong verbal and written communication skills.-Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.-Excellent multi-tasking skills.-Effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills.-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and certifications as applicable to the position.-Hybrid Schedule: O: 4 days a week-Training for this role requires on site attendance.The estimated salary range for this position is $27.00 USD to $30.00 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
