You\'ll play an important part in managing human resource functions to attract and retain a qualified workforce. Reporting to the Mayor and under the operational direction of the Human Resources Coordinator, you\'ll be responsible for a range of duties including recruitment, onboarding, personnel record maintenance, and supporting HR processes. Your work will contribute to the efficient operation of the City, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fostering a positive work environment. An associate degree in the related field is preferred with 2 years of HR experience, along with excellent communication skills, proficiency in HR software, and a solid understanding of employment policies and regulations.
