Providing support for platform delivery, working with clients to resolve trading, orders and connectivity issues; testing and demonstrating new products / functionality are key areas to manage.FX ES support and directly engage with a broad range of clients globally; including Hedge Funds, Institutional and Corporate customers, Asset Managers, Pension Funds and Government Agencies.FX ES operate a global model from Australia, Singapore, Tokyo, UK, Germany and USA, with an emphasis on team collaboration across the global day.
