What You'll Do: Oversee the legacy management, maintenance, and support of on-premise versions of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, Perform comprehensive configurations and customizations in Jira to meet organizational needs, including setting up workflows, dashboards, and various project structures, Use Script Runner for Jira and Bitbucket to develop necessary scripts, automations, and custom functionalities, Write code and generate reports using the Tempo plugin to address the requirements of various teams, Provide support and training to help users better understand and effectively utilize Atlassian tools, Implement and manage integrations with other tools and systems to automate processes and enhance efficiency, Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Atlassian products to ensure business continuity, Create and maintain thorough documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electronics, or Mathematics Engineering, or a related field, Ability to work effectively with legacy (on-premise) Atlassian versions, Proven experience in the administration of Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, Ability to perform any necessary configurations and customizations in Jira to meet business requirements, Capability to develop scripts and software using Script Runner in both Jira and Bitbucket, Experience in coding and report generation using the Tempo plugin is preferred, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively, Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders, Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
