About the job 🇮🇹 Italy Education Consultant EduScala Education Consultancy is a consultancy firm that has specialized exclusively in Italy since 2019 We are looking for an Education Consultant to join our central office in Kadıköy, Istanbul, who will guide students in realizing their dreams of studying in Italy . 🎯 Job Description Providing professional advice to students about university programs in Italy, application requirements, and admission processes. To help students prepare their application documents and files completely and accurately. Providing guidance through bureaucratic processes such as visa, scholarship, and accommodation applications after admission. Maintaining regular communication with students and parents to conduct the process in a transparent and organized manner. Tracking student files and reporting them systematically. Becoming familiar with current Italian procedures and regulations by attending in-house training courses. 💼 Required Qualifications At least a bachelor's degree Advanced English language skills (Italian language skills are a plus) Strong communication skills, empathetic, and solution-oriented. Organized, meticulous, and has strong follow-up skills. Adept at working in a planned manner in bureaucratic processes. Able to work in a team, while also taking individual responsibility. Proficient in Google Workspace and digital tools , technologically literate. Preferably with short or long-term overseas education/life experience. 🕓 Working Conditions Location: Istanbul / Kadıköy Model: Full-time, in-office work.
